There is only one band in the Midwest that features a hot fiddle player, a drummer who prefers playing "Wipeout" with a drum between his legs while spinning on his back, has the hottest horn section you'll ever hear (because they light their horns on FIRE....really!), a computerized light show, and features every instrument from the flute to the upright acoustic bass.                The Velvet Touch Band is the ONLY one!

Velvet Touch has been together for over twelve years. The group has opened for many artists including John Michael Montgomery, Dan Seals, Michelle Wright, Juice Newton, Ronnie McDowell, Jerry Reed and was a past winner of the South Dakota True Value Country Showdown. The band has performed at a number of fairs and celebrations in the upper Midwest including both the North & South Dakota State Fairs, Minnesota State Fair, Sioux Empire Fair, Brown County Fair, Aksarben in Omaha, Sargent County Fair in North Dakota, the Rhudabega Festival in  Wisconsin and many others.

The Velvet Touch Band's versatility is what makes them unique.
